God Didn't Bail You Out.........

So I had a very unique day yesterday and thought that I would share it with you. I tend to forget that I still have this out there and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity for me to post something. I am sure that it is going to interest you but then again not much that I write anymore seems to keep others on the edge of their seat when it comes to my blog. Anyway, here we go. Are you ready for this? I met a guy yesterday who was being released for the detention center in Henderson. He had been taken in due to shop lifting some rice. It was an interesting story that he had to tell and something that he said just seemed to stick out to me. He started the story by telling us how he had ended up where he was. When he was getting ready to be released he had said "Thank You God" and a guard at HDC (Henderson Detention Center) stated to him that "God didn't bail you out". That caught my attention to say the least. As I sat there and continued to listen to this gentleman I just kept going back to that statement. See, God gave us free will from the very beginning. Free will can be very risky depending on how you use it. Our Daddy did also free us by sending us His one and only Son by sacrificing him for our sins. Anyway, he does free us but not in the way that this man was thinking. He had continued by saying that he had learned his lesson and that he was never going to steal anything again. I wish that I would have got his name or something only for the fact to follow up with him and see if he would fall back into this habit again or keep to what he had said buy never stealing again. Needless to say, I had a very active day and got a lot out of it.
